Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order. As a result, slight variations in finish, color, texture, dimensions, or natural gemstones and pearls may occur. These natural variations are inherent to the craftsmanship of each piece and are not considered defects.

Product Photography

We carefully photograph our jewelry to represent each piece as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences in color, tone, or appearance may occur due to individual screen settings, display calibration, lighting conditions, and the natural characteristics of precious metals, gemstones, pearls, and other materials.

Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects or grounds for a claim.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency.

Prices may change without prior notice.

Taxes are calculated where applicable during checkout.

4. Orders

SEÓRA reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

pricing errors
suspected fraud
product unavailability
incorrect customer information

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved payment providers.

SEÓRA does not store payment card information.

6. Shipping

Shipping times, delivery estimates and customs information are available in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier.
